It was fabulous. Room clean. Food at bar and restaurant very tasty. Great spa and pool included. I only gave it good and not excellent due to the shower. It was Luke warm not hot. We complained and it was supposed to be fixed during the day. However night 2 and shower was still luke warm. The shower was lovely but There was definitely a problem with thermostat.

Such a lovely setting, on booking i stated it was my 60th birthday, when we entered our room which was very nice the staff had left a card for me which was a nice gesture.

Lovely hotel, lovely staff. Car parkin is more limited than you'd expect, with car park 1 little better than a muddy and deep pot-hole strewn after thought for those of us who had no choice but to Pak there. Not sure how I'm going o get it out the car mats. Salt & pepper squid on the bar menu is very good.

Nice room and very clean. Breakfast was good, with a selection of hot and cold items. Would certainly recommend. Only negative point is the car park, potholes everywhere in the main parking area and very muddy.

Beds are far too soft with very springy mattress which makes one’s back hurt. I complained and there was nothing the hotel could do. I ended up sleeping on the floor. There’s a small restaurant that needs to take bookings as there’s not enough room for all the guests to be there at the same time. Seems like they were short staffed.

We stayed for a few nights in a 2-bedroom lodge, during October half term. We had a lovely time. As a family of four, we found the lodge to be really nicely sized. The children had their own room with 2 single beds. It was clean and we appreciated all the little things to make our life easier (tea & coffee, dishwasher tablet, etc.). We used the pool once. It was smaller than what I anticipated from the pictures and really nothing fancy but kept the kids busy for a good hour. We didn’t use any of the other facilities. Overall a pleasant stay and would recommend for families who are looking for a comfortable home away from home feel.

Its not for solo travel and the receptionist was great. The waitress are not nice and made me felt uncomfortable. I just wouldn't go back on my own. Breakfast was ok. Dinner was ok. I enjoyed the spa they where friendly and did the massage very good i was relaxed after. The rooms need to check before guess check in, mine wasn't as clean. Hair was on bed and dusty on most of the furniture. It wasn't far from the beach and i love that.

The menu in the bar area was limited to Tapas or Pizza. However, after a little discussion with the bar staff, they provide us with the main restaurant menu and had the food we chose served to us in the bar. This was an excellent compromise and fantastic customer service
