"the elevators B, was stuck for 15mins. it kept going to a floor and then going to another floor without opening the doors. When I told the front desk I felt they just didn't seem to care. Parking staff was outstanding, very helpful. Housekeeping on our floor were extremely friendly, you have some outstanding staff. I would still stay again because of them. Thank you Marilyn Appleby"

"The main reason I am writing, I never do reviews, is respect shown by the man behind the reception / registration desk on Thursday January 24th morning was exceptional. I made an error in booking that embarrassed me and would have cost me over 200.00, Not much to the Hotel, but most significant to me. The man at reception desk appeared to be the most senior and he had obviously heard my story the night before. Other receptionist were very kind and gave me instructions to handle it on my own,...
