"Great hotel with lovely staff and wonderful views of the river Danube & Parliament building. Only issue with our room was it was too hot & we couldn’t turn off the heating. Had to sleep with the doors open. We did report to reception on our first day but it wasn’t resolved. Otherwise a lovely stay with great views of all attractions."

"Stayed at the Carlton Hotel Buda Castle for 3 nights. Great hotel, located in a beautiful part of the city. The front desk staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful. My room was clean and nicely furnished. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would gladly stay there again. "

"The hotel offered free drinks vouchers in bar in lieu of the daily room change, which for three nights was fine. Room design quirky with minimalist interior and oval windows. Generally quiet but they were doing renovations near reception and in some of rooms on our floor. Location really good for local public transport used the u-bahn to attend Vienna parkrun. Uber is approx 30 euros to airport "

"When we arrived the check-in process was smooth. However when we arrived to the room it was far from clean. Nightstand had a coffee stain on it and floors were very dusty. Called down to the front desk said they would send someone to clean, so we waited and nobody showed up after 30mins. We were hungry so we stopped by the front desk to ask our way out the door.
