"True 5 star experience. The hotel is small and cozy, but rooms are very spacious. It is very modern, clean, quiet. Staff are wonderful (especially housekeeping and doorman Rodrigo). "I enjoyed my stay here! Staff are always very polite, professional, and helpful! The location of this hotel is perfect, too! A lot of dining options around the area and if you’re working, cafes with good wifi are abundant in the Condesa area, too. There were days I would go out at 9 or 10PM and be back at 3 or 4AM and I have always felt safe so I would say as a solo female traveler, safety is pretty good, too!"

"This is not a 'whole apartment' as advertised on hotels.com. I had the tiniest room ive ever stayed in with one tiny window, accessed from the courtyard, while the kitchen, dining room, and living room are shared spaces with all other guests. My room also had a boiler in it, open to the air, which seems to constantly trigger for the surrounding rooms. Do not stay in this place if you can avoid it, especially in room 3. To the owners, that room should have been kept for storage. "
