Hotel is beautiful, however only complaint is that we saw a sliver inside other rooms as they were being cleaned and all seemed a little more up to date than our room (I.e ours had carpet, no real decor, a high up window, basic bathroom while others had hardwood floor, bigger window, etc). "We had an amazing time in Mexico City and at this hotel. It was very central and walking distance to many places. The staff was friendly and every accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and Robert our waiter was great! We did have one incident with the cleaning staff moving out personal items around, which lead to leaving my husband's beats behind, and when asked if they could ship to our home, the charge was $165, so I opted out and just bought new ones, so just make sure you don't leave...
