"Beautiful hotel with so much character and history! There are a lot of Instagrammable areas. Great price for the location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed dining at both outlets; the food and drinks were good. I never got the VIP amenity that I should have according to Expedia, but it wasn't a big deal—might be a system glitch. I still tipped well because of the daily housekeeping I received. I got a nice corner room with a street view, but it came with loud noises at night....

"Renovations are still underway at this property, but they did not interfere with a perfectly enjoyable stay. The location is just steps away from the heart of the Zona Rosa with its bars, clubs, restaurants and shops. Nevertheless, the immediate location is quiet at night. The hotel restaurant serves good coffee, so there’s no need to walk far for the morning infusion. The personnel are courteous and helpful; housekeeping is tops. Recommended."
