The location near Chinatown station is convenient for shoping or business. Frank and friendly manner of hotel staff is very impressive. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

Good customer service but the rooms and the hallways leading to the rooms need serious upgrade. They offer free water and there is a water dispenser located in the hallway. The breakfast buffet is good.

Excellent service from reception staff both on check in and check out, both times going out of their way to help with rooms and late check out. Fantastic location next to Chinatown and transport and great buffet breakfast. Recommended!

Location was very good and room was spacious with plenty storage. Bed was comfortable. The hotel is tired andin need of refurbishment. Air conditioning was poor with the whole hotel still hot and room temp didn’t go below 23.5 degrees. Was good to have self service laundry. And also was cockroach in the lift.

Loved the ease of access and the comfort of the beds. The setup of the room was great as well. The only thing we noticed is the fridge wasn't cold enough, although we didn't check if it could be changed.

Great location, very close to china town MRT. I see many average reviews online but still decided to take my chance given it was only for 1 night. Overall i am happy with the stay. Staff were friendly. Room was big but air cond was noisy. Pillow is on the low side which made it difficult for me to sleep. If you are looking for a short stay, i would recommend it.
