"Todo estuvo excelente solo el ultimo dia que el restaurante tenia una persona con muy mala actitud, le pedi agua y me dijo que no tenia, el agua del te estaba fria, nada surtido todo acabandose a las 10 de la mañana, como quiera me queje con una persona del staff"

"This is a lovely boutique hotel in a great walkable location in La Condesa. Breakfast was wonderful, with attentive and friendly servers. The bathroom was quite small, with terrible lighting. It was not as "luxe" as several other boutique hotels that we visited once we were there, but it served it's purpose for our visit quite well. "

"As I get to the place, they told me that they cancelled my reservation and they don't have a room for me. They tried to wash their hands on the case. But as I start to tell them that it was not my fault they agree to get me a room in a place nearby. They send me to am airbnb room. A clean one, but it would not be my choice. Extremely bad experience on this place."
