"Very friendly and helpful staff and the place was also nice other than some ants. Room listings were misleading...suite listed without a room to match...house listed with free breakfast and not provided. Much construction work caused for loud environment during daytime and many cats and dogs making much noise early morning and night. Connected to the owners place where they had access to enter our side of the building where some food items came up missing in the night and lights were turned on....

"Had high expectations. The staff at the resort tried their best to accommodate the guests needs. The resort is on a cliff and carries spectacular views. Unfortunately, as hard as the staff worked, the facilities need some major maintenance and improvements. The room water pressure was almost nonexistent. Hot or cold. And put outlet, a nightstand would be welcomed. Peek in room across as w was being cleaned. It seemed much nicer. Even with those fixed, unable to fix run size, and window in room just opens to hallway. workers friendly and helpful. "
