"I have travelled extensively, but can honestly say that this is the best hotel i have ever stayed in. The staff were without exception the most charming and helpful team who really made the stay. Food was excellent in the restaurant, both at breakfast and the a la carte dinners. The team accommodated an early check in for us which was invaluable having recently been having medical treatment so quite tired. We stayed in garden suites which were very good and convenient for pool and seafront...

and pool were nice and welcoming to youngsters. A big downside for us was the disabled entry way with quite a heavy door to negotiate. The hotel is located opposite the beach with great views of Elizabeth castle, but next to quite a busy road. The location also has the benefit that it is very close to st Helier shops and restaurants and the bus terminus though. "

"A lovely hotel with great facilities. We had a Master Suite with it's own garden and private hotub, very luxurious. Be aware that the hotel is a popular event venue and at times the events and the kitchen noise can be intrusive, worth checking on arrival if any events are planned. The staff are very helpful and understanding around the noise issue. Food and Drink quality is superb. "
