"It has all the amenities and beach access of a larger resort with a small resort atmosphere.the service was great the staff was friendly and attentive and it was near a convenience store for basic essentials although a larger resort has more socializing you get direct beach access, music, and service and the pool was very clean.Everything youd expect in a tulum resort...rooms were very comfy however it needed a litle more comfortable seating for those that enjoy breaks from playa indoors.."

We initially had issues with our room not cooling but the front desk made every effort to accommodate us by allowing us to view other rooms to switch to and even upgrading our room. They were very attentive and checked on us frequently. We loved our stay and will most certainly be back. "
