"It was great! My husband and I stayed there for about a week to visit our son. It was in a great neighborhood with lots of shops, bars and restaurants. It was walking distance to the subway and to the St. Lucia Hill. Our room was facing the street and it was noisy but when we closed the window, we did not hear anything. The breakfast was also amazing! The staff were very nice and helpful. We got there very early in the morning but were able to check-in around 10 am which was fantastic. ...

"Checkin was great, the staff were accomodating & helpful except for room service or the lack of any food service. I called for room service and was told to call back in 5 mins, so I did & the 2nd call was again I was told to call back. So if you stay here dont expect any efficiency room service cos they won't call back or provide any food"

"Amenities were good. The service was very good. I liked the restaurant, very convenient. The one downside was that there was construction of some sort in the building, at times where I could hear tapping or even very loud equipment. Also I had difficulty plugging in my wall chargers: there were outlets that did not seem to allow my adapter to fit into the holes, and other outlets which did not work on the last day of our stay for some reason. "The hotel was great and we had east walking access to restaurants, shopping and beach. We were a little disappointed that the gym was extremely limited and the rooftop in the pictures is only open once per year according to the front desk. The people were very friendly."

"Everything was great! Nice, polite, and friendly staff. Location is awesome. The only thing we noticed was on 11th Floor the smell on the corridor like sewage all over that floor but not in the room! The other thing, SPA facility is very limited and don't expect a professional one! Overall we would definitely recommend to stay here."
