"As we went into the building the security guard stopped us and asked us where we were going— we explained we were checking in and he directed us to the room in the building where the “front desk” is. We knocked on that door for close to 20 minutes; we knocked from 9 am to 9:20 before we gave up and came down the elevator to the main building (A -> B). "Lejligheden var overordnet set fin, men rengøringen kunne have været bedre. Derudover måtte vi begge dage tage etstra kontakt til udlejer for at få leveret den forudbetalte morgenmad. Morgenmaden var dog meget begrænset og bestod af én skive toastbrød med ost og skinke samt en lille juice. Lokationer er fin, men der er meget larm i lejlighedskomplekset. "

"I had an amazing experience at this beautiful hotel despite staying only for a short period. The staff were very friendly and knowledge! They helped me book a tour to Valparaiso/Vino del Mar with their travel partner of which was fantastic. The hotel itself was stunning - the room was excellent in terms of sizing and being clean. The rooftop bar with swimming pool was special as it offered a chance to unwind whilst having the amazing backdrop of Santiago literally all around you. Thank you so much Hotel Solace team! I will return to Santiago at some point and be sure to book again with you. "
