"Had an impromptu stay near Santiago Airport and the staff were great. We arrived before normal check in and because I am a HHonors member, they let me check in early. Hotel was clean, room was great and the free shuttle to the airport at 5:00 am was right on time. Perfect stay. "

"Lots of street vendors left a lot of street garbage around. This property has many bus transportation options in easy walking distance. We were cautioned to be aware of our surroundings when out in the early evening. We did not have a problem. "

"Standard well run American chain hotel. The view from the restaurant and deck area is very beautiful. The resturant is fine and reasonably oriced. The breakfast is the best we have had on our trip so far.My only complaint relates to glassware in the room. The housekeeping did not take the used glasses and replace them with clean glasses until I called reception to ask. "
