"The hotel is located in a lovely and clean and safe area of Santiago. They have a phenomenal rooftop bar with an amazing view that you need to visit at least once if not twice. Every staff member was amazing and willing to help and go out of their way to help. Special mention to Lucas one of the concierge members who was incredibly attentive. We had a great experience here "

Breakfast is poor, and all meals offer no chance to choose. room was Ok, but don't ask for anything more, Location is pretty nice but the hotel has no access to the river, which is a few feet from the rooms so you have to go to a nearby resort to practice any water sport or just stroll by the river. when we asked for a trekking activitie or a massage the people never made any reservation and never showed up. "
