"The hotel is fabulous and lives up to the 5 star rating. It was absolutely clean, except for some rooms that seem to have doors that need refurbishing. It must be a wing that probably has not been renovated but is visible from the walkway. The restaurants in the facility were excellent, particularly the Matsuri, which offers Japanese/Peruvian fusion. "Lovely hotel in great location. Front desk staff very good, helpful and friendly. Breakfast staff let the hotel down, lots of them who prefer to congregate and chat rather than clear tables and serve coffee. Also found the same with the between bar, if there was a few of them they just stood around talk, whilst you waved at them for their attention or to place an order. Was ok the day we went early and only one member of staff, she was much better as she had no one to talk to. "
