"Stay was excellent except for 2 things 1) wish you had a smart TV. We could not stream from our devices to our TV 2) wish you had a hand soap in the sink Otherwise the room and the service was excellent "

"Staff very gracious, property impeccably clean. Towels were soft but the pillows flat. Amenities I used - business center, exercise room were good. The breakfast buffet was standard motel fare nicely dressed up - except no waffle maker :( Some sprucing up suggested: check for wallpaper seams that are separating; touch up dinged woodwork/furniture with stain-polish."

"The bed was super comfortable and the staff was friendly and responded to our needs quickly. Carmel is a beautiful place and this hotel was a super cute place to stay. I think it was a very fair price for the quality we got. The Continental breakfast was good, there wasn't a lot of variety, but what was there was good quality."

"This is our second staying and the staff that checked us in both times were super friendly. They took the time to get to know us and our visit and offered suggestions. Rooms were clean and comfortable. "

"Walkable to and from downtown monterey, cannery road, to the aquarium. The room was nice and well lit, plenty of sunlight in the morning, bathroom was spacious, room was spacious. The only negative this to say is the room had plenty of furniture, an extra random side table against a connecting door. "
