A special thanks goes to my butler, Enmanuel Portorreal, whose daily attentiveness and help with dinner reservations made my stay stress-free. His professionalism and dedication were truly appreciated. I’d also like to recognize Rosario and Almonte, the bartenders at the Taino Bar, for their warm hospitality and friendly service throughout my visit. Their welcoming attitude added a personal touch that made each day more enjoyable."

"This was hands down the best resort that I’ve ever been to. Every staff member was helpful and polite. From the Concierge to front desk to the House Keepers I felt very safe and comfortable at this resort. The food options are enormous and tasty with a large variety. The Drinks are incredible and the Bar tenders keep them flowing. There’s a party every day and I especially enjoyed the pool parties and the late night all white beach party. I give this resort 10/10. I’ll definitely be returning here again next year. "
