"Everything about this hotel is wonderful however, I wish the hotel had a convenient store inside the facility to buy necessities (e.g. laundry detergents, basic over the counter medicine, etc....)"

"We liked the cleanliness of the resort. Also the security and friendly employees. Pools were great and our room was a great size and very comfortable bed. The only negative comment was no availability at restaurants for dinner at a reasonable time especially when traveling with a 3 and 5 year olds."

"The staff were amazing here. Especially Joel at the valet services, he is top notch! The staff make this place truly enjoyable, it is clean and safe. Prices for food/drink are expensive but thats what you get in this area and similar to other parts. Highly recommend going across the street for some of the small places to eat like the taco place directly across or Kane. Also walk down to the lagoon and check for manatee! "
