"Beautiful and amazing staff"

"I love Laguna Beach and this hotel was just right. Not fancy but sweet with everything you need. Good location without being in the crowded center. The town trolley makes getting around easy and fun - leave your car at the hotel and walk or trolley. The lobby had lots of coffee and tea choices. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean with mini-kitchen. The view not great but sufficient. The beach was very close and convenient. I loved this property and will stay there next time. "

"I feel very fortunate to have booked this hotel—it was my first time staying here, and I couldn’t have made a better choice. The location is excellent, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room, overlooking the pool, was spacious, quiet, and very comfortable. We stayed just one night on our way to Catalina Island, but I truly regretted not booking a longer stay at the Balboa Bay Resort. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway or a fun family trip, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area."

I found this hotel and it looked good so we booked itZ We arrived at aborb10/00Pm and Sandra at the front desk was charming. We then went onput room and on the way realized the hotel was being remodeled so I was a little concerned. When we opened the door to our room it was a beautifully remodeled room and I was very impressed. It was clean cool and comfortable and we definitely recommend "
