"I feel very fortunate to have booked this hotel—it was my first time staying here, and I couldn’t have made a better choice. The location is excellent, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room, overlooking the pool, was spacious, quiet, and very comfortable. We stayed just one night on our way to Catalina Island, but I truly regretted not booking a longer stay at the Balboa Bay Resort. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway or a fun family trip, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area."

"We are local to the area but had an event to attend and didn’t want to drive home. I found this hotel and it looked good so we booked itZ We arrived at aborb10/00Pm and Sandra at the front desk was charming. We then went onput room and on the way realized the hotel was being remodeled so I was a little concerned. When we opened the door to our room it was a beautifully remodeled room and I was very impressed. It was clean cool and comfortable and we definitely recommend "
