She saw us , looked up at us and never said hello, good morning, anything at all. Kind is disappointing, everyone else we came in contact with was very nice ! "

According to the front desk the heat was broken throughout the entire hotel. I was offered a space heater, which warmed a portion of the room I spent the most time in during my stay. "
