"Excellent service and staff. The breakfast buffet its really good. Our favorite part is the smoothie /Juice station, Diana makes the best smoothies. The have a large fruit variety to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel. Worth the $$$$ Also the taxi drivers outside the hotel are very helpful and will take you any where in the city. "

"We have a fabulous stay at Hyatt Regency Cartagena. Hotel is very clean, has a great location close to shopping centers, stores and only like 10 minutes away from the Wall City. Everybody was very nice and attentive, Marcelo helps us get to our room and made great recommendations that help us with our stay. We loved having breakfast at the buffet, everything was delicious and Yulieth and Nimia always welcomed us with a great smile and was always a pleasure talking to them. We also have dinner at Kokau, everything was delicious as well. Our server Luis Miguel was amazing every recommendation he made was spot on. We have a great experience, we will be back soon!!"

"Great place to stay. - my first stay was in 2009 or 2010. …..i must admit Cartagena has many options - this year was first stay in quite a few years — returning again at the end of June - bringing oldest son with his kids — 3 years ago we stayed at other hotel in the boquilla neighborhood…. But I know they will enjoy — Las Americas ….."
