This is lower than a motel; it was dirty, no hot water and extremely expensive for the quality of the accommodation. Not sure why it had previously good reviews. One of the worse places I have stayed in a long time. The lights in the room are beyond aggressive. Breakfast was tasteless.

The room had a musty smell due to humidity. The phone didn’t work properly, so we had to visit the reception multiple times to request basic services. The dirty towels were not replaced, and we had to ask for fresh ones. In addition, the safe was broken, and they had to drill it open so we could access our belongings. To make matters worse, I experienced food poisoning after eating fish at their restaurant. I needed to go to the hospital and pay for treatment. Initially, they mentioned they would review the situation for a refund, but after sending multiple follow-up emails, I received no response. We checked out last Thursday and will not be returning.

Some staff are in a bad mud in the cafeteria , my tv cable never work for 8 nights , staff change modem but said is tigo fault , I called many times to front desk or room service nobody answer phone ! Very disappointed . Also when I call for reservati9n nobody answer phone , I have to use expedia to make reservation !
