I liked the animals on the property. It is a pretty Hotel, but very expensive. I flew in from the states and drinks and deserts were expensive. Along with just a bottle of water. Service took FOREVER. The waiters were so slow and it took 30 min just to get drinks. Than another just to get out expensive bill. I hate that they already include gratuity in your bill. This was my first time in Cartegenia, Colombia and this hotel, but I can say it's my last. I will not recommend this hotel.

Overall Beautiful resort , the rooms are a bit dated but not a big deal. They had a smart TV which was great! The breakfast buffet was OK. The pools were amazing! Definitely felt safe on the resort, many security guards were present externally and internally. Would recommend for a solo traveler for (safety purposes) couple or family.

An excellent experience. I highly recommend this resort. Staff is awesome. A classic Caribbean experience. Access to the beach club is a winner. Close to everything in Boca Grande and El Laguito. Easy to wander and try different dining options.
