"Overall stay was decent. The only issue we had was when room cleaner came in and took all of our towels, both dirty and clean, and we had zero towels. I managed to get 3 pool towels for our final night and it was fine."

"The hotel only offers valet parking. There is a basement parking lot in the same building, but the lighting and access corridors were not very pleasant. When we arrived at the hotel and wanted to park briefly for check-in, the valet parking staff gave us a look and forced us to move. We didn't need valet parking at the time of arrival and planned to leave immediately after check-in. However, we had to park, pay for parking, and move, which took an additional 15 minutes. It was a somewhat unpleasant experience."

"The Napa Marriott Hotel is in a great location. It is situated close to other areas to visit like Yountville, Saint Helena, and Rutherford to name a few. Great restaurants all along the Napa region and easy access to wineries. The hotel staff were very welcoming. They have nightly activities scheduled such as wine tasting or roasting marshmallows. Great for family fun. Bedding was also comfortable. Our room had a safe and refrigerator which I also welcome and all guest rooms provide a stall shower."
