Loved the tasting rooms but had trouble first day (Saturday afternoon) getting access but a manager quickly took care of that. Service was very good about tidying up the room each day. Beautiful property. One issue during check out was systems very slow. I asked the attendant to email me my charges/receipts as I need it for expense reimbursement and he did not follow through.

Stayed for a concert. Arriving there, we were upgraded to a room right over the concert venue. Room was very clean and nice. One con is phone service. Did not get through to desk phone continued to ring. Could not find the ice machine on our floor. Janitorial was helpful getting the ice. I would definitely come back.

Riom very ckean and glasses in room never cleaned nor changed out via housekeeping. We even tipped. Also, hostess at Olive and Hay rude during dining encounter. Vinryard view was parking lot and linen station - photo. Had them move us although paid for thae upgraded view.

I liked the pool and the view of my room. The service there was horrible, the clerk named Maria was rude, did not smile or even say hi to us. When I asked for the manager, who wore a light color suit was not helpful either with glasses. With the price they charge, they should hire better employees and get rid of the bad ones!

Facilities are very good, Service though is extremely poor. An hour long line to check in, one person only in reception, a promise of a bottle of wine as a welcome, that was not in the room as stated, cleaning of the room was poor, they didnt leave towels, or water, seemed as if you have to be on top of everything and reminding them you were actually a paid guest expecting a great service, jacuzzi was not working and never worked while I was there, great for families it reads, but children under 18 have to actually move to a different location in order to enjoy a pool and jacuzzi (that wasn't working) Poor experience at a very good facility.
