"Our stay was exceptional. Even though we were redirected to another hotel the first night, the hotel staff made sure we were probably taking care of. Hotel is super charming, the staff is very helpful, and friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Overall, a very pleasant stay. A special mention to Antonio at the reception for going above and beyond."

"Loved this place! It’s so cute so updated! Kitchen was small but it was little studio so it’s expected! Unfortunately there is construction outside so it did make noise I can sleep through it with some tv on. There’s alot to do in the area to eat and walk to. The beach as well. Ubers are always in that area super popular area. I do hate the layout of the studio. The bathroom was across the bedroom so the smells would come directly to you which is annoying. The window didn’t have black out blinds...

"Alma was very nice. The staff was helpful. We didn’t know about the rooms w no windows though. We got to move w a room with small top windows w natural light was better. Our room did smell a bit musty though. But overall very good & convenient to walk around the Old San Juan area."

"I had a wonderful stay at Don Rafa Boutique Hotel & Residences. The hotel itself is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making my experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay!"

"Very nice hotel with lovely staff. The only downside was how thin the walls were. It was ridiculously loud, it sounded like our neighbors were talking in the same room as us. The website said “sound proof rooms” - that was definitely not the case "

"Beautiful and modern hotel. Very nice room size. The staff was attentive and very helpful. We enjoyed our dinner at the onsite restaurant. Rooftop bar was under construction. Elevator was under repair. Surrounding area is less then desirable. Other then that we enjoyed our time there and would go back. "

"No laundromat in facility, had to drive 4 miles to another city to wash clothes. Second, no mouthwash, toothpaste, or toothbrush had to walk to a walgreens"
