Staff was great coffee shop in lobby as well. However th room room definitely wrecked and evidence of mildew and mold and dust for months in the vents. Pool was not operating other than that it did the job. Definitely not more than 2 might recommend

This property did not change our beds/sheets for days, house keeping never came to the room to clean it up, we were given towels & not rags I had to wash with towels everyday! I the pool also was not in service which they failed to mention before I booked the rooms, Also they bar is not open inside the hotel & the game room none of the machines were in service, I was highly disappointed in my day & will never stay there again 0/ 10 highly don’t recommend

Location & of course the beach access. The hotel front desk said the apt was owned by a private party so they were responsible for beach towels. The pool is not open. I was a charge a non refundable incident fee which I wasn't informed about it. The hallway carpets stinks.
