"We stayed in numerous hotels around the Japan including many many nights in Tokyo. This is one of the best stay we ever had!!! Convenient and short walking distance to Yokohama Station and restaurants. The room is spacious, spotless and the beds was very comfortable (even the sofa bed is more comfortable than other hotels in Tokyo). Amenity provided was of high quality and front desk service was excellent!! We will definitely come back here next time we visit Tokyo. "

"There is a grocery store at the base of the tower along with Bashamichi Station. There is a dedicated elevator to take you from B1F or 1F to 46F. The elevator takes a bit to get you to the lobby. The rooms are on 46F to 51F. The rooms are incredibly clean and sizeable. The views are great. The service at the hotel was some of the best I've seen so far. Considering how good most hotel staff in Japan are, it's impressive how good the staff here are. There is a hotel guest only waiting area on...

"We chose this hotel because it was a stone-throw away from K-Arena, where Charlie Puth was playing. What a beautiful hotel, kind staff, spacious room, and delicious breakfast. Everything about our stay was perfect. And I was able to pick up my concert tickets from the front desk. Wonderful experience. Wish we could've stayed longer but we had a full itinerary in other areas. Worth it!"
