"Shuttle drivers were great! Very polite, helpful and hard working. Check in staff were also very nice. Rooms were big and clean. The location is a little farther from the airport than I expected. It took approximately 20 minutes from hotel to Terminal 1 (last stop). It was much longer than when I caught the shuttle upon arrival to HND."

"We have stayed at many luxury properties, and this is easily one of the best. They have literally thought of everything, it’s hard to describe. "Great seaside resort. Spacious room, good view of the ocean. The private baths were simply divine, perfect way to relax and unwind. Complimentary beer/water/snacks in the room, ice cream after your private bath. The staff were great even with the language barrier they made sure you understood where your room was and where things are on a map. There is parking in front of the hotel but we arrived via taxi, approximately a 5000 yen fare from the Coaska Bayside Stores depending on time of day."
