"It's a great hotel. Our room had a private hot spring tub with a view of the river. Convenient location with short walk to tram which connects to "Ropeway" cable cars. The restaurant is excellent."

"My first imporession of the entrance and Lobby is that it feels a little dark. But maybe its intentional to give it a more intimate feel. The staff was excellent. I will give the satff 6 star out of 5 if I can. It doesnt matter if it was a small matter that I ask. They have gone above and beyond and gave it they full attention. If I am ever in the area. "Cannot recommend this place enough. Wish we stayed more than 1 night! free ice cream vending machine and lovely onsens that switch between men and women each day that are both gorgeous. Come here to relax, go on beautiful hikes and appreciate life. Plus the breakfast and dinner buffets were incredible with things like unlimited ikura, crab and streak! 119237272/10 "

"Close distance to the train station, malls, and restaurants. Hotel staff were accommodating and I had no trouble communicating in English. Room was quite spacious even as a solo traveler and bathroom did not feel cramped in the slightest. "
