Solving issues in a good way

Lovely stay in this lovely hotel Special thanks to the hotel/roommanager Mr Umer for solving some issues for us in a very empathetic way. Thanks again, we really appreciate it. Our 4yr old grandson loved the new room!

We had a lovely stay and I would recommend, but for a 5* hotel the sunbeds by the pool and beach were terrible - probably the worst I’ve ever experienced and screamed cheap and tacky. Otherwise the room, buffet, staff etc were all wonderful and we had a fantastic stay. It was a shame there were so many children around screaming but this is of no fault of the hotel and parents should be warned about this behaviour being unacceptable in a 5* hotel

We stayed for a week in this hotel with breakfast included. We had a very comfortable stay that was made possible by very helpful and caring staff, especially the restaurant staff serving breakfast.
