Hotel was lovely however there was an extra hidden charge on arrival we didn’t know about and still unsure why they charging per adult. Day staff were generally helpful and polite but noticed a difference in staffs attitude from day to evening/night, especially at the bar area. Maybe they are working long hours but this needs to be considered when thinking about customers overall experience. Also my nephew was keen to try out the hotels crepe station while there, seen on a lot of the hotel reviews, but it wasn’t open once while there for 4 nights. It’s not a big issue as we found crepes in the park etc but if you are thinking of trying them out at the hotel you might want to ask staff but be warned they seem short staffed at this hotel.

I would like to say our initial impressions of the hotel were amazing. However as our stay progressed more issues arose.The swimming pool area was dangerous a drain not securely fitted causing one of the children to slip and cut their toe open this was eventually fixed when reported but I would have hoped that this would have been checked before opening.The lobby also had broken glass on the floor from the night before in the morning! The pool was opened over an hour late which meant less time in there before our check out, the staff tried to blame it on technical difficulties when this was obviously not the case. The photos on their website showed a children’s corner which was not open until the last two days of our stay.The travel cot we were given was disgusting we ended up purchasing our own. Other guests were shouting in the hallways at 3am and banging on our doors The bedrooms are so so hot despite the heating being turned off and windows open, in December!The shuttles on the way back from Disney are dangerous and overcrowded, the people getting onto the shuttles pushed and barged young children, elderly people as though they couldn’t care less.For the price we paid, we would definitely opt for an on site Disney hotel in the future. Parking is also pricey We did put in a complaint to highlight the issues and they have advised they will look into some of them, which I hope they do. We do understand that there were some disrespectful guests staying at the time too.

The hotel staff was incredibly kind and helpful but the hotel itself leaves something to be desired. Food options are very limited. You may find yourself ordering Uber Eats or making the trek to Disney village. We stayed in a junior sweet. It was ok. The slanted ceiling took up at least 1/3 of the room and that area wasn’t usable space. The toilet and shower are separate rooms but there is no sink in the toilet room (ew). The bus to Disney was always crowded and we found ourselves having to uber more than we would like.

We went for a stay to visit Disneyland for our daughters first birthday, chose this hotel as it seemed be fair in price on the high end. They offered nothing as complimentary even we stayed at the junior suite. Overall the service is basic nothing to shout about. The staff are non engaging with their patrons. The housekeeping service is non existent and they offer you rewards (but do not actually give) if you do not use their housekeeping service (in the name of keeping it economical and green). Food is over priced for its service it comes with. The hotel is situated next to other hotels but no other amenities far away from town. Location of the hotel is ideal as it’s near Disneyland, and their free shuttle to and from Disneyland was the only good thing.

This hotel was set up like a castle. The rooms were on the bigger side for a European room. The beds were comfortable and the room and grounds clean. They had a bar in the lobby that made great drinks. Breakfast buffet was delicious but at around 8 am it got very busy. The shuttle got very crowded but we never had to wait for a second one. I would recommend if going to Disneyland.
