"We had a delay at check in as our room wasn’t ready. We were offered free non-alcoholic drinks at the bar and also a room upgrade which we chose not to accept as it didn’t suit required number of beds for our family. The staff were super helpful and breakfast in the morning was the best hotel breakfast we’d ever had any of the extensive hotels we have visited, so fresh and piping hot. "

"Great location and liked the decor and dining options. Very accessible for tube and getting about. Walkable to many London sights. Only negatives - the spacious lounge is occupied by lots of student types on laptops so there was nowhere for us to sit on a couch and enjoy a drink over our 2 day stay - unless we wanted 8am. I dont believe they were residents of the hotel. "

"The location was good, a bit further out than I expected but still walkable. The staff were friendly and polite and the room was clean. The bad parts, the bed was creaky and loud. The room was really hot and you couldn’t turn the heating down or open a window which made it a little uncomfortable. Overall, my stay was fine as I wasn’t in the room all day and night."
