The rooms are like apartments/condos, very clean with all the amenities. The beach is oceanfront and nice with sunchairs, yet in this area it didn’t look too good to go swimming in. "My room had all the things you would need for a week long vacation. It had a washer and dryer, mini fridge, stove, and dishwasher. The customer service isn’t the best and they only supply you with two rolls of toilet paper and tell you you’re on your own for more. The bar at the pool wasn’t open during our stay."

"We visited in November 2024, the location is absolutely the best. Having the beach right at your doorstep can’t be beat. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. "

"Everything was fantastic - except having to stop first at another site to pick up the key. It would be much easier to have a lock box. It took a while to get a taxi from the key pick up location, because the shuttle only shuttles guests from airport to key pick up site. "

"Definitely need a car to access the property as cabs are pricey and no public transportation. The entrance to the property could be more noticeable from the road as I kept driving by it at night due to that and the lack of street lighting on the road. Roc was very attentive and onsite which added an extra sense of security while on the property. "

Even though the communication with the property is slow/late response, the housekeeper, Ms. Lita, explained everything to us, she even recommend where to shop and eat, she keep our place very clean, thank you!"

"Loved the location!!!! We love this Hidden Gem resort. It was nice being able to walk everywhere and not need to get a taxi for most things we did. Staff was extremely nice & helpful with helping us make the most of our trip. Property could use a little updating and nicer bedding, but we loved this little place & highly recommend it to others! Hope to be back someday soon. "
