"I did not even stay at this property. Even though listing was up on expedia, as soon as I booked, the hotel sent me a message saying it is not available. I've asked for help to cancel to get my money back, they told me to contact Expedia. Fair enough, I've contacted expedia explained the situation. Expedia said they could not contact the hotel and did not refund my money. A service I didn't even use!! Hotel didn't move a finger to help. "Excellent location! 3 minutes walk to the Grace Bay beach. Lots of dining options, shopping and groceries. Our room had pool view. It was clean and spacious with in unit laundry and full kitchen. Overall an excellent stay."

"My room had all the things you would need for a week long vacation. It had a washer and dryer, mini fridge, stove, and dishwasher. The customer service isn’t the best and they only supply you with two rolls of toilet paper and tell you you’re on your own for more. The bar at the pool wasn’t open during our stay."

"This property was very nice & relaxing away from the busy tourists areas. The restaurant on-site is good. It was beautiful to see the ocean right off the balcony and feel the breeze. The rooms are like apartments/condos, very clean with all the amenities. The beach is oceanfront and nice with sunchairs, yet in this area it didn’t look too good to go swimming in. "Everything was fantastic - except having to stop first at another site to pick up the key. It would be much easier to have a lock box. It took a while to get a taxi from the key pick up location, because the shuttle only shuttles guests from airport to key pick up site. "

"Loved the location!!!! We love this Hidden Gem resort. It was nice being able to walk everywhere and not need to get a taxi for most things we did. Staff was extremely nice & helpful with helping us make the most of our trip. Property could use a little updating and nicer bedding, but we loved this little place & highly recommend it to others! Hope to be back someday soon. "
