"I did not even stay at this property. Even though listing was up on expedia, as soon as I booked, the hotel sent me a message saying it is not available. I've asked for help to cancel to get my money back, they told me to contact Expedia. Fair enough, I've contacted expedia explained the situation. Expedia said they could not contact the hotel and did not refund my money. A service I didn't even use!! Hotel didn't move a finger to help. "I’ve been to Turks with friends and family several times, but this was the first time I rented a beachfront property with concierge service and it was an amazing experience.
The concierge service at Long Bay Beach Club coordinated VIP airport entrance and transportation to the villa and we skiped the long line. We also opted for gourmet chef service, and it was a fantastic experience. The villa was impeccably clean, with high-quality towels, shampoo, and all the amenities we could imagine....

"This will be one of my most memorable vacations. The morning of my birthday, my wife and daughter went to breakfast. The staff surrounded the table and started singing happy birthday, but I was on a Snuba excursion. To make up for this, they sent birthday cupcakes to the room. Later at dinner, they did the same thing - singing at my table - which was really nice. What I didn't know until I got back to my room is that the resort also sent a bottle of champagne and a birthday cake to the room. It was all really nice. On top of that, this was probably the cleanest resort I've stayed at, and the entire staff - from the front desk to the pool and beach staff to the wait staff to the housekeeping staff - were all very nice, respectful, sincere in their service, and friendly. The resort and grounds were very well kept and beautiful, as was the view of the ocean from my balcony. It wasn't crowded and it was very quiet and serene. 5 Stars!"
"We love the property! The hotel was clean, and staff was nice. The only downfall is there are only two restaurants on resort. The food is not very good. There are more restaurants at the Wymar hotel you can walk to next door or the Marine room. I would suggest the hotel provide a shuttle to a few restaurants. We had to pay 24.00 each way to a restaurant and that became very expensive. In addition, all restaurants on the island had a 22% service/ tax mark up. "
"What a beautiful property! We enjoyed our stay here. There’s a reason it’s a 5-star resort! We were able to walk to the local fish fry but everywhere else was convenient with a quick taxi ride away. The hotel has taxi’s waiting in the parking lot so it’s easy to have a car waiting at any point. We enjoyed the swim up pool bar and grabbing a beach chair was so easy! Their attendants even cover your chairs with new towels and get you floats or whatever you need. They have kayaks, long boards, floats all for their guests as needed. We even received turn down service in the room! I’ve never stayed at a place that fluffs the pillows, removes the decorative ones, they put slippers by your bed for when you get up along with a chocolate and a bottle of water. They also make sure the lamps are on and all the curtains in the room are closed. After returning for dinner, this is so nice to have! Breakfast is also included in the stay and delicious! The staff is very friendly. The restaurant by the beach is also delicious. We had the tuna wontons, the grouper wrap and the Caesar wrap and all were delicious!! I also enjoyed the spa. Book with Maureen!!! You won’t regret it - Maureen gave the best massage I’ve ever had! She truly has a gift! Overall 10/10 stay and we will be back! "
"One of the best resorts we have stayed at. Attention to detail was impeccable. Very clean and the staff went above and beyond to make this a memorable trip for the family. Food choices were excellent; beach is well maintained, with a lot of water activities for the whole family. Staff was very attentive and always accessible to guests!"
