"The apartment itself was lovely, ideal for our one-night stay. Parking and check-in was easy. Our only issue was when enquiring about parking (particularly disabled parking) before arriving, the emails I received back were very unhelpful and each time I asked more than one question in an email, I wouldn’t get an answer to each one which was frustrating. Otherwise, the stay was great and breakfast was lovely."

"Considering the sky high hotel prices in London center, this hotel is an amazing option considering the price x quality scale as the highlights are; 1) walking diatance to hatton cross metro station 2) unbelievably soundproof windows, 3) wide selection of food at breakfast. 4) Polite and warm staff If you dont mind the 40min metro commute to downtown, I strongly recommend it to any visitors to london."

"I was only at the hotel 12hrs but had a good dinner and slept well. My only disappointment was that I left my water bottle on the dinner table and came back 5 mins later and no one knew where it was!! That bottle cost me 40 pounds!!!!"
