Staff at front desk were excellent. They were professional and accommodating. Only issue is that my room was super cold and the staff provided a portable heater, but that did not even work. I was very uncomfortable and could not sleep the night before my flight.

The property seemed dated and nothing much staff can do about the cleanliness. Customers were taking their frustrations on staff as a result of abnormalities im their rooms. As for me, there was no heat coming out from the vent in my room even though it was cold. The experience was not too good at all.

I loved the fact that i could bring my cats! Amazing! I landed, checked in early & dropped my bags into the room then went to pick up my cats from HARC then back to Ibis for a rest - brilliant. Great buffet breakfast but being "cashless" was very inconvenient as i'd just exchanged a lot of money at the airport although im sure it is a safety measure for their staff so its hard to fault except to say you need to add thst to your website so people know in advance. Rooms were also a little squashy but the fact that my furbabies could stay was THE overwhelmingly positive. I cant thank Ibis enough for making this option available. Thank you, thank you, thank you
