"We had a lovely stay at the dorsett hotel for a concert happening next door. The staff were all lovely especially the housekeepers. The shower was powerful and warm, the bed was comfy and the air systems made it easy to get warm/cold. Bag drop was easy and safe kept in a locked conference room. The only problem we had was on the last day one of the elevators have broken so took a little while to get down with all our luggage, this however is not the staffs fault and happens so hasn’t effected...

I was telephoned had told to check in at another premises. Not too far away however I had a heavy bag and had already travelled a few hours. The advert shows a large breakfast offering.
