"This was my second time staying at The Waring House for a mini getaway and I really enjoyed my stay. The bed was super comfortable and the room was spacious, The Barley Room Pub (onsite) has a great atmosphere with live bands and a great selection of brews on tap, the staff is extremely friendly (a shout out to Heather the day manager) and the breakfast was excellent. The weather wasn’t great during my visit but I love that the Millennium Trail is right behind the hotel property for easy access to walking/cycling paths. I’ll definitely be visiting again! "

Location is excellent (a two minute walk to the lake, beside a brewery with great food and two great cafes, plus a number of other restaurants), the property and rooms are well decorated and beautiful, and the staff is so welcoming and accommodating.
