Was pleasantly surprised with the downtown core of Kingston. Very lively, lots of options for food, lots of nice little shops all along Princess Street. Great waterfront area, and all the very old buildings still in use from the 1800's. Good time!

Kingston is an amazing little city. The waterfront is amazing with lots of small shops and great dining. Lots to do with the penitentiary tours, old Fort Henry, and Queens University. I am sure I am missing lots, but had a great time.

Kingston is very nice, we came for the prison tour, enjoyed it very much. Walked down by the water and enjoyed the old downtown, lots of history there.

Do the 3hr 1000 island cruise from Gananoque (25 minutes NE of Kingston) - excellent. The Penitentiary tour and museum are very interesting.
