"Stayed here for a quick work trip , everything was great , on my last day in the morning I ran into a cockroach in the bathroom . I have super early wake ups so maybe it wasn’t expecting me , other than that everything was great ! "

"The rooms here are clean and well taken care of. The breakfast was good although it’s the same every morning. Wish they would change it up. The surrounding area was a little Noisy but that’s traffic for you. The hotel it self was quit and there is 24 hour security and gated parking area Which is a plus. Overall must stay here was excellent! "

"I can’t say enough great things about this hotel. The hotel reception and management were extremely friendly, accommodating, and went above beyond to make my stay extra special. The breakfast in the morning was amazing, Scrambled eggs, biscuits, and gravy, potatoes, Bacon, pankcakes, waffles and many other options. I love they have a mini store in hotel so you can get whatever you need 24 hours a day. The best part is, you can step right outside the hotel to Big Bear Village to all the restaurants and shops. "
