"Two night stay. Began great, ending terrible. Second morning trying to check out, no clerk around, had Head of Cleaning staff (Tonie) do up our bill. why do you add a $100 damage deposit and not advise customer of same. Second morning cook apparently sick, thus no breakfast no credit, no nothing. Customers could not even get a cup of coffee in office, WHY! NO manager. Sorry I am a due A $100 CREDIT. "

"Other than semi-limited parking, the one night stay here was great. I had to leave my room to go to the front desk for assistance then again to pick up my food and I lost my spot both times. I ended up having to park by the next building over. The front desk staff were fantastic and extremely helpful. The pizza from the restaurant was great. Fantastic room and beautiful view of the ocean. The only other small thing is I think the coffee maker was fried so I did a make shift pour over method. "

"The Inn is situated in the midst of immense fir trees, so the outside ambiance is delightful. The view from our lovely room (through 4---count 'em---FOUR) is gorgeous---across the Strait of Juan de Fuca to the coastal mountains of Washington state. "The entrance in the hotel is visually stunning.It is designed as a gathering place in First Nations style and you immediately get a sense of peace and harmony. The staff were all very pleasant and accommodating .We stayed in October ,this meant that the dining room would be closed within two days of our stay .Because of this reason, the dining room would not have everything on it's fairly expensive and limited menu as we found out in ordering wine ,certain salads and entrees.
