While there would have been more opportunity to use all the amenities in the summer (kayaks, paddleboards, bikes, etc.), we used the pool and hot tub and enjoyed the secure underground parking. I spent the morning doing a beach cleanup in absolutely horrid weather… Strong wind, rain, and freezing cold.
