I reserved this hotel for my wedding guests from overseas, and I deeply regret it. On their second night, they requested additional towels, and the concierge initially said they would be delivered. After waiting a few hours without hearing back, they called again, and this time the concierge said they would bring the towels tomorrow. Of course, they needed the towels right away. The concierge then told them to come down to get them. This is the worst hotel service I’ve ever encountered. The concierge woman seemed like she hates her job—why is she even working there?

The staff was exceptionally friendly when I arrived, I was upgraded, which was a pleasant surprise. The room was comfortable and clean. I had dinner at moxies and the meal delicious and the service was excellent. My overall experience was great, I’d definitely return!

I was asked to pay a $200 damage deposit which I have never had to do anywhere I have ever stayed. As 2 people in their mid seventies who just wanted to sleep after a 11 hour red eye flight,we were hardly going to have a wild party or trash the room. I have had to put a deposit for extra charges but never damage. I found it quite insulting.

Nice stay at this hotel. Rooms are comfortable and modern. It's close to the Highway 1 so it's convenient and surprisingly, it's not too noisy. The in-room coffee is good. My only cons would be the beds....the rooms I stayed in had VERY soft beds which I didn't find very comfortable. Also Moxies Restaurant in the hotel is very expensive for average food. Otherwise, the staff was very friendly and the hotel is clean. I will stay here again.

Room was nice and clean. Bed a bit too soft. Appreciated the early morning complementary coffee in the lobby. Unfortunately there were rowdy Friday night “guests” hanging out in the parking lot getting sick by my car.

Room was very clean… thank you. Lack of outlets in bedroom and bathroom frustrating. Bed lights attached to headboard seem like they are going to fall on you. Regardless they are not best right above ones head while sleeping. Small room for an upgrade. Nothing bad about property… clean, old and convenient

Even with a requested quiet room it was still very loud at night you could hear ppl talking in hallways and outside in the middle of the night. Room was clean butbbathroom could have been better. Picked hotel because it looked new and room didn’t look the same in person
