"Great budget hotel is you are planning to visit NYC on a budget and not necessarily planning to spend time indoor. Very convenient shuttle bus to Port Authority. Staff is always available to help amd are very pleasant. This is our second time staying at this hotel and will be staying again during next visit. "Staff was friendly and helpful. I got rear ended and was sceptical about leaving a car with a broken window there but they helped to patch it and make sure my car was by the windows. Hotel itself was very dirty. First night it smelt like smoke, walls were dirty and the shower curtain was hanging on by a thread."

"Bedding had holes and stains on, was washed but horrible looking. Door was not tight, had about a 3/4 “ space of play. Had a chain lock. I had to put a chair under handle to feel a little safer. Had to twist light bulb to turn off and on. If we would known the area and had time and money to find another place we would have! Not recommended!!!"

"It was out dated smell horrible and the heat didn’t work and the bathroom didn’t have sink stopper in it my husband weddings ring fell down the drain. The toilet was so old the paint was coming off and you can see the brown. Drunks and drug people was on the property. We couldn’t open the window. Very unsafe. Feel that you will be robbed. The bed you can feel the string in it. And it definitely a rip off that’s why they only show the front as advertisement but it need to be closed down"
