"This being my first night in Japan, I had nothing to compare it to - this hotel is old, but decently kept up and the airport shuttle, onsen and FamilyMart in the lobby made it a place I'll definitely return to if I get the chance! "The staff are wonderful. Easy check in and out. Shuttle bus to and from the airport and train/bus station are great. The room we stayed in was clean and spacious. Except the king bed. It was hard and I had hard time sleeping comfortably. So I ended up sleeping on top of the comforter and asked for extra blanket and pillows. That fixed the issue. The 2nd night I slept much better. Over all good. "

"Very nice hotel. Small, modest but comfortable bed and sheets. Water gets super hot for showers. Loved it. It has a seven eleven inside where I got my phone charger that I forgot. We also got the Disneyland tickets in that store. Nearest train station is 32 min walk or we took a taxi some days. The restaurant has decent prices and it’s all you can eat. Great is staying with large family. Very convenient with the airport shuttles. I would pick this place over and over. "

"The hotel staffs are very nice and helpful but the Family mart staff was not. Hotel is a bit outdated, equal to Motel standard. Airport shuttle driver park his bus outside not in front of the hotel and there was no calling out so we sat there waiting but missed the bus."

"I can’t say enough about this place. The convenience of the train station is steps away. There is a McDonalds that you could see from the hotel like a 3 minute walk. The hotel is above a supermarket with everything you may need. Taxis and buses stop all day long right in front of the hotel. Rooms are spacious and beds are super comfortable. Staff is excellent. Breakfast Japanese style is very elaborate. Coffee is delicious. Highly recommend. "
