"Hotel has an amazing views, the room was spacious and clean. Cindy the lady who cleaned our room was always smiling, and very attentive with all our requests. Breakfast was ok but would be great if they more variarity. Room service was great. I loved the Maki sushi restaurante on the 15th floor. Hotel is walkable distance to the beach and other amenities. Highly recommended!!!"

"This hotel was a great getaway from the busyness of Cartagena! The staff was amazing - they provided complementary cold essential oil towels on the beach and fruit kebabs! The transportation to and from the boat went very smoothly and the hotel agent helped us order a ride back to the walled city after our getaway. The rooms were very nice as well. The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing - croissants with gold flakes and endless options were a nice surprise. Honestly the best breakfast buffet we’ve ever had at a resort. The dinner was so-so… we ordered the catch of the day and pizza - both of which would not recommend. Maybe we just got a bad batch. The gym also had great equipment and was a nice vibe. We didn’t make it to any workout classes but it’s nice that they offer that. Overall, highly recommend!! "
